08/29/06 IT'S A...

...BOY!!!!

I am sure everyone who reads this knows our new little bean is a boy already, but it's still just so fun to say it. Here's an ultrasound pic for posterity's sake:




This little guy is so active already! He squirms around all the time and I feel him at least a couple of times a day. I am so happy to be feeling him this early. I thought I would have to wait until 23 weeks like I did with Natalie. He was really feisty during the ultrasound, which was giving the tech a hard time. I was feeling him move then too. This little boy is already causing trouble! We're in for it.

No names picked out yet, though Tita Cyndy was nice enough to supply some suggestions. Don't think we can use Superbomberman or Tomahawk, but Milo or Miles is cute. Right now I just refer to him as The Boy.

My mom and I went to Babies R Us on Sunday to pick out a cute homecoming outfit for The Boy. That was the first thing I bought Natalie as well. We got two outfits, one in preemie size, which usually fits newborns, and one in regular newborn size. Natalie's outfit was newborn size and it was HUGE on her. I'll get some pics of the outfits.

That's about all that's new on The Boy's front. The ultrasound, as far as we can tell, went okay. We'll find out on the 8th of September, which is the next time I see the doc.
