09/19/06 - Dr's Appointment - 22 weeks, 5 days

I had my doc's appointment yesterday. It wasn't with the doc though, it was with the midwife. It's weird. I think I saw the doc every single time with Natalie, but that was in Fontana. In Moreno Valley the docs must be entirely too busy to see their patients. Not that I mind the midwife, she is really nice. She went over the ultrasound results, and every single Milo part that they measured is either "normal" or "no abnormalities detected" which is AWESOME!! My weight and blood pressure were both fine...I actually lost half a pound, which surprised me. I thought for sure I'd have gained at least 5! We heard the heartbeat, but only for a few seconds because Natalie was not having any of it. The midwife was standing between me and the stroller, so she couldn't see me and started to freak out a little bit. But in any case, everything looks set for us to have another healthy baby! Yay!!
