Milo is pretty sick

I thought we were out of the woods with Natalie almost over her cold and no signs of it in any of the rest of us. But then Saturday night happened, and just like that, Milo is sick. And he's not just any old sick, he's really sick. He has the worst croupy sounding cough, like he's barking. And the most miserable little cry...it's heartbreaking. Yesterday evening he started wheezing pretty badly, so we took him into the urgent care. They didn't like the wheezing, or the way his chest was contracting when he tried to breathe, so they gave him an Albuterol breathing treatment. He hated it, and cried or moaned through the whole thing, and was dripping with sweat after, but it did help. They gave us a nebulizer to take home and some steroids to help open his airways up. So far he's had 3 breathing treatments and is about to get his second dose of steroids. Haven't seen much improvement yet, but we have a follow-up appointment on Tuesday, so hopefully he'll be better by then. The sad part is that the appointment is the same time as Natalie's ballet class that she already missed last week because she was sick. I may just send her along with Yvette, so she doesn't have to miss another session. She'll have more fun there anyways, and it will be easier for me too.
