Milo and Natalie had their check-ups today. All is well for both of them. :o)
Milo weighs 18 pounds, 4 ounces and is 27 inches long. He dropped from the 30th% down to 20-25%, but that's to be expected for a baby who is more mobile. And you don't get much more mobile than Milo. He has to have his blood taken for lead and anemia testing, but I was alone with the kids, so I didn't do it today. They also recommended a flu shot, but we're waiting until we get the okay from Uncle Bob to do that.
Natalie weighs 27 pounds and is 37 inches tall. I don't know if they told me percentiles for her. She impressed the doc by pretending to read while she was checking Milo out. Natalie also got to wear a little robe, and she was so excited! She walked to the scale and back to the room with such a bounce in her step. LoL She listened to the doctor and allowed the doctor to check her all over. I was very proud of her! We made the awful mistake of forgetting her lollypop, so I am having Arnel bring one home with him from work. By the time she remembered, we were already out to the car, and I wasn't about to drag everyone back up just for that. She fell asleep in the car, so hopefully Arnel will be home with her lollypop by the time she remembers again. Oh, and they also want to recheck her for anemia and lead and wanted to get a flu shot for her too, but we passed on both. I'll do them when I have some help. I can't comfort both kids at the same time!!
Milo goes back in January, and Natalie doesn't need another check-up until she starts school! :o)

Amanda why are the kids being tested for anemia and lead? Did I miss something?
Sabin, I'm not sure why they're testing them. I think it's standard procedure. They haven't been exposed to any lead that I know of(stupid China!), so I am sure they'll be fine in the test.
